Acceptable Use Policy
Expert exists to help legitimate Jamaican professionals get booked and paid. To keep the platform trustworthy for clients and our payment processor, every professional must fit one of our listed categories and must not use Expert for any of the following:
- ✕Adult, sexual, escort, or companionship services of any kind
- ✕Gambling, betting, lottery, or games of chance
- ✕Sale or servicing of weapons, ammunition, or explosives
- ✕Medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice from anyone not currently licensed/certified to give it in Jamaica
- ✕Prescription medication, controlled substances, or unlicensed pharmacy services
- ✕Multi-level marketing, pyramid, or Ponzi-style recruitment schemes
- ✕Money lending, crypto trading, forex signals, or unlicensed financial services
- ✕Sale of counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise illegal goods
- ✕Any service that is illegal under the laws of Jamaica

Violating this policy is grounds for immediate suspension and withholding of pending payouts pending investigation. If you believe a listed professional is violating this policy, contact support.
